Since 1992, Southeast Conference has offered a scholarship program that supports residents of the region. Scholarship funds have been raised through an auction that is generously supported by individuals and businesses throughout Southeast and conducted each year at the Annual Membership Meeting. Gary Paxton Industrial Park Tour
The Gary Paxton Industrial Park (GPIP) was completed in 2015 in order to accommodate increased traffic to and from the industrial site. In 2017 the City & Borough of Sitka constructed a multi-purpose deep water dock providing adequate room for approach and departure maneuvers for ocean-going vessels and plenty of upland lots for marine service industries.
